Project Overview
- Capacity: ____MW AC (As per design)
- Location: Punjab
- Tenure: 25 years
- Tariff: ₹——-/kWh at generator busbar
Equity & SPV Structure
- Buyer will hold 26% equity in the SPV to qualify as a Captive Consumer. Equity to be returned at face value after 25 years or upon termination
Equity Infusion Schedule
- Buyer to infuse equity in phases, starting from Term Sheet execution to project commissioning.
Commercial Operation Date (COD)
- Scheduled COD: 12 months from definitive agreement execution, with 6-month grace.
- COD can be extended due to force majeure, regulatory delays, or Buyer’s default.
Definitive Agreements
Includes:
- SSA, SHA, SSSHA, PPA, and other mutually agreed documents.
Tariff & Charges
- Base tariff: ₹_____/kWh
- Delivered tariff: ₹_____/kWh (inclusive of applicable charges)
- Buyer bears all additional charges beyond interconnection point.
